ARTICOLUL 1. PĂRȚI CONTRACTANTE

Prezentul contract este încheiat între:

Persoana care primește acces la platforma și training-ul Curs Caller.
(denumit în continuare „Utilizatorul”)

Ambele părți sunt denumite colectiv „Părțile”.

ARTICLE 1. CONTRACTING PARTIES

(hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “the Provider”)

Beneficiary:
The individual who receives access to the Curs Caller platform and training.
(hereinafter referred to as “the User”)

Both parties are collectively referred to as “the Parties”.

ARTICOLUL 2. OBIECTUL CONTRACTULUI

2.1 Compania acordă Utilizatorului acces la platforma și la training-ul Curs Caller, pe care Utilizatorul îl parcurge până la data de începere a cohortei, comunicată în cadrul evenimentului de recrutare.

2.2 Accesul la training este oferit gratuit (0 EUR). Utilizatorul nu datorează nicio sumă Companiei în baza prezentului contract.

ARTICLE 2. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1 The Company grants the User access to the Curs Caller platform and training, which the User completes until the cohort start date communicated during the recruitment event.

2.2 Access to the training is provided free of charge (EUR 0). The User owes no amount to the Company under this contract.

ARTICOLUL 3. INTRAREA ÎN VIGOARE

3.1 Prezentul contract intră în vigoare la data la care Utilizatorul primește acces la platformă și la training.

3.2 Prin accesarea platformei și/sau a conținutului training-ului, Utilizatorul confirmă că a citit, înțeles și acceptat termenii prezentului contract.

ARTICLE 3. ENTRY INTO FORCE

3.1 This contract enters into force on the date the User receives access to the platform and the training.

3.2 By accessing the platform and/or the training content, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the terms of this contract.

ARTICOLUL 4. PROGRAMUL ȘEDINȚELOR

4.1 Programul standard al ședințelor (ora României) este:

4.2 La începutul training-ului, ședințele se pot desfășura după un program diferit, care va fi comunicat în grupul de WhatsApp.

4.3 Utilizatorul se angajează să participe la ședințe și să anunțe din timp orice absență.

ARTICLE 4. SESSION SCHEDULE

4.1 The standard session schedule (Romanian time) is:

4.2 At the start of the training, sessions may follow a different schedule, which will be communicated in the WhatsApp group.

4.3 The User undertakes to attend the sessions and to give advance notice of any absence.

ARTICOLUL 5. ÎNCETAREA CONTRACTULUI

5.1 Oricare dintre Părți poate înceta prezentul contract în orice moment, printr-o notificare transmisă prin e-mail.

5.2 Compania poate retrage accesul la platformă în cazul încălcării obligațiilor de confidențialitate prevăzute la Art. 6.

5.3 Întrucât training-ul este gratuit, nu se aplică nicio politică de rambursare.

ARTICLE 5. TERMINATION

5.1 Either Party may terminate this contract at any time by notice sent by e-mail.

5.2 The Company may withdraw platform access in the event of a breach of the confidentiality obligations set out in Art. 6.

5.3 As the training is free of charge, no refund policy applies.

ARTICOLUL 6. CONFIDENȚIALITATE

6.1 Utilizatorul se obligă să păstreze confidențialitatea materialelor, metodologiilor, script-urilor și a oricăror alte informații la care are acces prin platforma Curs Caller.

6.2 Este interzisă reproducerea, distribuirea, revânzarea sau transmiterea către terți a conținutului training-ului, sub orice formă, fără acordul scris prealabil al Companiei.

ARTICLE 6. CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1 The User undertakes to keep confidential all materials, methodologies, scripts and any other information accessed through the Curs Caller platform.

6.2 Reproducing, distributing, reselling or transmitting the training content to third parties in any form, without the Company’s prior written consent, is prohibited.

ARTICOLUL 7. PROTECȚIA DATELOR CU CARACTER PERSONAL

7.1 Compania prelucrează datele personale ale Utilizatorului în conformitate cu Regulamentul (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) și UK GDPR, exclusiv în scopul executării prezentului contract.

7.2 Datele nu vor fi transmise unor terți fără consimțământul Utilizatorului, cu excepția cazurilor prevăzute de lege.

ARTICLE 7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

7.1 The Company processes the User’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, solely for the purpose of performing this contract.

7.2 Data shall not be disclosed to third parties without the User’s consent, except as required by law.

ARTICOLUL 8. LEGEA APLICABILĂ

8.1 Prezentul contract este guvernat de legislația Angliei și Țării Galilor, fără a aduce atingere drepturilor pe care Utilizatorul le are în temeiul legislației de protecție a consumatorului din țara sa de reședință.

8.2 Părțile vor încerca să soluționeze pe cale amiabilă orice neînțelegere înainte de a se adresa instanțelor competente.

ARTICLE 8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1 This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any rights the User has under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

8.2 The Parties shall attempt to resolve any disagreement amicably before referring it to the competent courts.

ARTICOLUL 9. DISPOZIȚII FINALE

9.1 Prezentul contract reprezintă acordul integral dintre Părți privind accesul la training.

9.2 Condițiile colaborării după începerea cohortei vor fi stabilite printr-un acord separat.

9.3 Notificările se transmit prin e-mail, la adresele comunicate de Părți.

ARTICLE 9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1 This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding access to the training.

9.2 The terms of the collaboration after the cohort starts will be set out in a separate agreement.

9.3 Notices shall be sent by e-mail to the addresses provided by the Parties.
